Maintenance Dredging of the Murray Mouth – S.A.

Overview:
In 2007 Birdon Group’s Dredging Division was awarded the contract for the Maintenance Dredging of the Murray Mouth by S.A. Water. The contract involves two dredgers and associated equipment operating twenty-four hours a day, seven day per week. Booster Stations are utilized to achieve pumping distances of 1.5 klms plus.

Maintenance Dredging of various Port Phillip Bay – Vic sites

Overview:
In 2000 Birdon Group’s Dredging Division was awarded the contract for the Maintenance Dredging of various Port Phillip Bay sites by Parks Victoria. The contract involves dredging at sites nominated and prioritized by Parks Victoria and is ongoing, on a full time basis.

Overview:
Birdon Group’s Engineering Division constructs all types of Dredgers and associated equipment. This equipment is constructed for utilization by our Dredging Division along with several external and overseas clients.
